All of our technicians are well-trained and certified experts. No harm will come to your device.


How can I track my repair order?

You can use our online tracking tool to check the repair status of the device. You’ll need your repair ID to fill out the tracking tool. 


Does your price include taxes?

All the prices include the applicable taxes.


I have lost my repair ID? How do I get it to track my order?

Please write to us at repair@pcgarage.uk.com using the email id you used to register with us, and we shall send you your device repair id.


What does your No Fix No Fee policy mean?

It represents our customer commitment. You only pay after you test your repaired device and confirming your satisfaction with our work.*


Can I cancel my repair order?

We repair most devices in less than an hour after we receive your approval on the estimate. Therefore, it is extremely important that you let us know of any change in plans within ( pls mention time frame)of placing your repair order.


Where is your warranty applicable and where not?

Our 180 days warranty is designed to give you a peace of mind after getting your device repaired by us. Your satisfaction is our priority! However, we do not offer any warranty for accidental damage like cracked screen and water damage etc. The warranty that we offer on our services is voided if your device is ever repaired elsewhere after our repair work.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash, Credit/Debit Card or PayPal (On-Line Payment). We do not accept any personal cheques. Business cheques are only accepted for corporate/bulk accounts.


I am not a UK resident. How do I pay?

You can make an online payment from anywhere in the world.

I am not satisfied with your work. What do I do?

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with our services. If you're not happy with the repairs, we will work with you till we get it right. Please be careful as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, or found the repairs cheaper elsewhere.
